Position: Site Administrator / Construction Industry / West (5.5 days)

Location: Town of Islip

Our client is from Construction industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Site Administrator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Islandwide.

Job Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager with site documentation and purchase order processing.

Perform general administrative and clerical tasks for on-site teams.

Coordinate with the main office to manage necessary project documentation.

Organize and track both incoming and outgoing documents.

Maintain a complete and well-organized document archive for easy access.

Check records for accuracy and ensure updates are made when needed.

Follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely submission of required documents.

Work closely with the project team to ensure documentation complies with internal procedures and requirements.

Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

Min NITEC or Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.

Min 2 years relevant working experience.

Experience in site administration and document control would be advantageous.

Good organizational and multitasking skills.
