Job Description
Kanadevia Inova are hiring a Site Assistant to join our construction project team, located on our Riverside Energy Recovery project site in Belvedere, South East London.
This position is offered on a 1 year fixed term permanent contract basis.
Due to the nature and responsibilities of the role, you would be required to be based on the site for 100% of your working hours, so this role would likely be more suited to those living locally or within an easy commute to the site.
We require the position to be filled ASAP, so it would be ideal if you are available either immediately or at short notice (1 or 2 weeks maximum).
The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Acting as the office administrator for the site including managing office supplies, filing, organization of travel, recording and storing of documentation
Providing full administrative support to the Site Manager.
Welcome visitors and clients including arranging catering as required
Provide full administrative support to the Site Manager.
Keep the Site Manager informed of all site related activities.
Be aware of all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) requirements relevant to their role, and implement and comply with them.

Qualifications
Professional Qualifications
Strong administrative experience, ideally from within Construction or Engineering industries
Comfortable working in a site based environment, experience would be ideal in this regard
Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications
Basic diploma or equivalent in office administration (desirable)
Personal Qualifications
Solution orientated
Good forward planner
Ability to present ideas effectively
Strong communicator, fluent in English, other languages an advantage
Ability to work with limited supervision and manage your own workload
Additional Information
Salary £30-£35,000 per annum, dependent on relevant experience
