Position Summary: Business Office Manager

The Business Office Manager is responsible for the timely and accurate input of information into the facility’s accounting systems and those interfacing with the corporate office. This role oversees all Business Office activities in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, and under the direction of the VP of Revenue Cycle. The Business Office Manager also serves as the Customer Service Liaison for residents and their responsible parties.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external management

Manual dexterity for computer input and handling documents

Visual and auditory acuity for effective communication

Ability to stoop, bend, and sit for extended periods

Prolonged work at a computer terminal

Ability to load packages of forms into printers

Education & Experience

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience: 2–3 years of prior bookkeeping experience in a long-term care setting (required)
