Project Description
The role involves development, configuration, and automation of reconciliation processes using the SmartStream TLM platform. The candidate will work on enhancing and maintaining reconciliation solutions, ensuring efficient financial data processing and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure solutions using the SmartStream TLM Application Suite, including:
- TLM Control
- TLM SmartStudio
- TLM Recon Admin
- TLM View
- Management Information (MI)
- Design, build, test, and implement TLM solutions in collaboration with business users and project stakeholders.
- Perform end-to-end solution configuration and implementation for reconciliation processes.
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
- Execute:
- Unit Testing
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Develop test cases, test design artifacts, and ensure quality delivery.
- Manage configuration/code versioning and maintain development and testing environments.
- Support application upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixing activities.
- Follow delivery governance frameworks and provide regular updates to project and business stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:4–5 years of hands-on experience with SmartStream TLM (version 2.4, 3.0, or higher)
- Technical Expertise:Strong experience with SmartStream TLM modules:
- TLM Control, SmartStudio, Recon Admin, TLM View, MI
- Solid understanding of solution configuration and implementation using front-end tools and database-level updates
- Proficiency in at least one database:
- Oracle / Sybase / SQL Server
- Working knowledge of at least two operating systems:
- Windows, Unix, Linux
- Testing & Deployment:Experience in unit testing, SIT, and UAT
- Strong skills in test case creation and test design
- Experience in configuration/code management and environment maintenance
- Additional Skills:Experience in application upgrades and bug fixing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills (Optional but Good to Have)
- Experience in financial reconciliation systems
- Exposure to automation in reconciliation processes
- Knowledge of banking or financial services domain
