Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional client service? Join our team as an Administration Assistant and play a key role in managing and supporting Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs).

The Administration Assistant is responsible for managing the full client lifecycle, focusing on Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) establishment and support. Key duties include onboarding clients, coordinating SMSF setups, managing transitions, handling documentation and communication, maintaining records, conducting audits, processing invoices, and assisting with trust deed upgrades and financial statements. The role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a commitment to excellent client service.

The Role

As an SMSF Admin Assistant, you will collaborate closely with businesses providing expertise across several areas that may include, but are not limited to:

Oversee SMSF establishment, documentation, and transitions

Onboard clients onto software and systems

Manage invoices and financial statements

Handle Trust Deed upgrades and compliance

Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects

Qualifications & experience

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, Certification in SMSF admin/CPA,CA,CFA

Experienced in managing Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) processes from establishment to transition, including documentation preparation and client onboarding

Experience in preparing financial statements, including year-end reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience with Xero and document management systems (a plus!)
