Key Responsibilities :
- Content Calendar & Organic Content — Create monthly social media content calendar and amplify seasonal launching plan based on content brief. Execute organic posts based on the calendar — writing captions, copy, and content scripts that reflect P1945's brand identity.
- Community Management — Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across social platforms — promptly, warmly, and always on-brand. Handle negative interactions calmly and professionally.
- Daily Content Execution & Scheduling — Prepare final assets, write copy, schedule content via applicable tools, and ensure on-time publishing per the content schedule.
- Trend & Content Research — Track social media trends, new content formats, and competitor activity. Provide regular content recommendations to the Branding & Creative Lead based on findings.
- Content Performance Reporting — Compile weekly/monthly content performance data (reach, engagement rate, follower growth). Present concise insights to the Branding & Creative Lead to inform future content decisions.
- Cross-Team Collaboration — Coordinate with the KOL & Affiliate, NPD, and Brand Activation teams for cross-team content needs — amplification, new product content, and event/pop-up content.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience
- Min. Diploma/Bachelor's — Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in social media, copywriting, or digital marketing.
- Experience in the Beauty, Personal Care, Lifestyle, or Consumer Brand industry.
Skills — Required
- Strong Indonesian copywriting skills — editorial, emotive, and on-brand.
- Active community management experience across social media platforms.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Able to build and execute a content calendar independently.
- Able to read and compile data from social media analytics.
- Familiar with scheduling tools and daily content production workflows.
Skills — Nice-to-have
- Basic photo/video editing.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads — copy and asset production for paid content.
- English copywriting skills for bilingual content needs.
