We are looking for a highly organized and creative Social Media Strategist (GoHighLevel Admin) with a strong focus on social media management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing online communities, and strengthening our brand presence across multiple platforms. In addition, they will provide CRM, administrative, and operational support to business leadership. The successful candidate is a strategic thinker who can contribute ideas, improve processes, and confidently use tools such as GoHighLevel (GHL), Canva, and AI-powered platforms to drive business growth and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM platform, ensuring accurate management of contacts, opportunities, and client information.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business objectives and strengthen brand presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create, schedule, publish, and monitor engaging content while maintaining content calendars and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Design social media graphics, marketing materials, and content using Canva and AI-powered tools.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop content campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Monitor social media performance, engagement, and audience growth, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
  • Manage shared inboxes, business correspondence, and client communications in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, calendars, and administrative activities to support business operations.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, templates, and other business documentation as required.
  • Provide executive and administrative support to leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and organizational efficiency.
  • Assist with client follow-ups, meeting coordination, and relationship management to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Social Media Management.
  • Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is mandatory.
  • Strong experience managing social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and brand growth.
  • Proficiency in Canva and other content creation tools.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-powered platforms for content creation and productivity.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, sales pipelines, and lead management processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to contribute ideas and recommendations, not just execute tasks.
  • Close attention to detail, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
