✨ What You’ll Do:
- Handle reservation-related inquiries (pre & post) via phone and email
- Assist Social Media account inquiries
🧠 What You Bring:
- Excellent communication in Mandarin and English
- Knowing Cantonese is a plus
- Strong problem-solving & commercial thinking
- Experience in customer care or social media assistant
- Able to work in permanent night shift (Extra allowance will be given)
