We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our back-office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and takes pride in their communication and computer skills.
What You’ll Do:
Provide general administrative support to office staff
Draft and edit documents, emails, and reports
Handle basic data entry and spreadsheet management
Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and other essential office software
Assist with seasonal or ongoing administrative projects as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Strong typing and written communication skills
Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
Previous administrative experience is a plus but not required
Job Details:
Schedule: Flexible — Full-time or Part-time (20–40 hours/week)
Compensation: $20–$30 per hour, based on experience and proficiency
Type: Seasonal or Year-Round, depending on candidate availability and fit
Location: In-person at our small business office
