Operations

Run financial and event reports
Support team with fulfilling ticket orders in our various on-line systems
Manage logistics for physical inventory, including picking up in-person orders
Document issues so the appropriate team can address them
Available to support for whole team when necessary

Customer Service

Inbound call triage
Email inbox monitoring
Monitor and address incoming sales
Communicate with marketplaces to discuss order issues

Compensation:

This is a non-exempt hourly role, with pay ranging from $20-$22 depending on your experience level with room for growth as your tenure increases.
