Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a SPA Receptionist at Sofitel London Heathrow. As a SPA Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing phone calls, performing receptionist duties, handling clerical tasks, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with the SPA team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in a similar role or customer service environment
Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility with working hours
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
