Full Job Description
SKKN+ is seeking a full time, up-beat, positive, team-oriented person to join our team in our boutique spa Located in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The right candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer care and hold themselves to high standards by delivering outstanding service each and every time.
Assisting Spa Owner with daily tasks and errands
Schedule, manage, check in and out clients
Must operate with the upmost confidentiality
Operate POS system
Reply to and send out; emails, social media direct messages, text messages, calls and voicemails
Manage clientele waiting list for Spa bookings
Filing, copying, printing
Maintain spa inventory and place orders
Place Spa retail orders for clients and forward their tracking numbers via SquareSpace
Use WaiverForever for new and returning clients to sign waivers release forms
Learn product knowledge to manage and boost store sales
Email clients product recommendations list
Maintain a cleaning working area
Other duties and tasks to be assigned
Ideal candidate works well in a team setting and has excellent skills in building and maintaining client relationships.
Providing information on our treatment therapies and products to established and prospective clients.
Candidatemustbe punctual, trustworthy and honest.
Previous Spa/Wellness experiencepreferredbut not required.
Product Knowledge Training Available.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
