Hokanson Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, modify and manipulate Microsoft Office documents, primarily Word and Excel
Manipulate Adobe Acrobat PDFs
Assist a collection of property managers and/or executives by establishing proactive partnerships and developing strategies to ensure assignments stay on track and are delivered timely
Answer phones, coordinate meetings & appointments, and manage calendars
Assist with office inventory and vendor management
Maintain organized digital filing system using Microsoft SharePoint
Qualifications:
High school diploma required
3+ years of administrative/clerical experience preferred
Superior organizational, time management, and data accuracy skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Yardi experience is a plus
