Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in computer applications, and the ability to provide exceptional customer support.
Duties
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain organized filing systems and assist with document preparation.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Answer phone calls with professionalism and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects and improve workflow.
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of organization.
Experience in customer support or service roles is beneficial.
