Responsibilities:

– Assist in managing inventory and supplies
– Help with salon marketing and promotional activities
– Support the salon team in delivering high-quality services to clients
-Front desk operations, checking clients in and out
Experience:
– Previous experience in a salon or customer service role is preferred
– Familiarity with team management and shift management
– Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle client inquiries and concerns effectively
– Assistant manager experience is a plus
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
– Basic budgeting knowledge for managing inventory and supplies
– Multilingual abilities are a bonus, as it allows for better communication with diverse clientele
