Responsibilities:

A

– Assist and support in managing office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.

– Maintain accurate records of all information related to projects for documentation, clarification, and presentation to management.

C

– Facilitated submission of all documents to respective departments through regular audits on Aid in the preparation of project proposals, purchase orders, invoices, and relevant project documentation.

D

– Maintain tracking logs for projects related documentation.

Requirements:

A

– Preferred Associate or BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

B

– Possess a creative, outgoing, and exceptionally positive personality.

C

– English & Arabic.
