Sr Administrative Assistant, Residency Coordinator Jobs in New Haven, CT at Yale University
Responsible for maintaining current files and generating and routing reports as directed by the Vice President of Professional Services and the Chief Financial Officer. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Ensures guests presenting to Administration are attended to promptly and courteously.
Assists Vice-Presidents by performing secretarial and delegated duties.
Responsible for typing, filing ,etc for assigned management.
Schedules appointments and meetings and sends reminders as needed.
Schedules travel assignments and lodging as necessary for out-of-town meetings as requested.
Maintains updates in hospital manuals.
Responsible for mail pick up and distribution.
Maintains all office supplies.
Collects data as requested and inputs into applicable program for data presentation and trending.
Assures that reports are printed and distributed in a timely manner to all appropriate personnel.
Processes accounting requests timely and accurately.
Enters purchase orders and follows through with reminders to ensure processed timely.
Assists with payroll timecard approval for division.
Assists other departments as needed.
Extensive computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills are required. Must be able to multitask.
Experience
Required
Previous experience in clerical or receptionist position.
Education
Required
High School or better in Business Administration
