Position SummaryWorks in the Office of the CEO to provide administrative support of a complex and responsible nature to the CEO and his team. Collaborate with high-level internal and external contacts requiring discretion and initiative. Will support key company and executive activities such as board meetings, QBRs, sales meetings, and many others.

Responsibilities

Performs complex duties that vary in methods, procedures, and standards

Coordinates schedules meetings, arranges appointments, schedules visitors, maintains calendars, and plans travel

Exercise judgment aligned with BeF5 and LeadF5 behaviors

Works with employees across the company and at all levels

Handles and owns projects

Handles correspondence and assembles sensitive information

Works independently under instructions in a fast-paced environment

Partners with assistants and coordinators throughout the company, sharing knowledge and resources

Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and promptly reporting violations of the Code or company policies

Performs duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum two-year degree preferred

5+ years of experience in the administrative field supporting senior leaders; high-tech background a plus

Experience in understanding and navigating business-specific functions to accelerate problem-solving and proactive tasks

Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Must have initiative and be able to exercise judgment

Must have the ability to complete tasks without /detailed instructions

Project management skills are crucial

Must be detail-oriented, timely, and diligent

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Computer use in an office environment

The role is hybrid and primarily based in-office in the F5 Tower in Seattle
