Sr. Administrative Associate- Blood Bank Jobs in Boston, MA at Boston Children’s Hospital
Are you an excellent planner and organizer? Good at working with customers on the phone and digitally? We’re hiring an executive assistant to provide administrative support to our Real Estate Agents and Management to help us achieve our organizational, marketing, and sales goals. Your role is key to ensuring plans are made, schedules are set, meetings happen on time, and files are neatly organized and up-to-date. Ideal candidates are proactive, love diving into projects, working with others, attention to detail, fast moving on a computer, and are interested in playing a big role in the vision to help people build wealth in Real Estate. Compensation:
$48,000 – $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Take care of office management duties such as ordering filing systems and keeping track of office equipment and supplies
Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos and report details to an executive
Other assistant duties as assigned from executives such as pick up orders, and other personal assistant tasks
Make sure basic bookkeeping duties are completed in a timely manner
Act as the main point of contact the high-level executive
Support an executive with meeting preparation and take minutes
Manage schedules including itineraries, travel arrangements, and team meetings
Manage incoming home buyer leads in our CRM.
Marketing to interested home buyers and home sellers in our CRM.
Setting appointments with potential clients.
Outbound customer service and sales calls.
Identify and update management with new client opportunities.
Proactively reach out to home buyer leads in our database.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties
Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
Experience using Microsoft Office
Must be a Team Player and Customer Service Oriented.
Must Have Attention to detail and processes.
