Areas of Responsibilities:
Administrative
Assist the Operations team which supports all three business lines (Development, Construction and Property Management) and corporate departments.
Provide 2 Park Office Manager coverage as needed for an office size of about 200 employees on various hybrid schedules. This coverage can apply during the workday but is mainly set for days when the Office Manager is out of the office.
Support in the creation and editing of MS Office files (experience needed in full MS Office Suite apps especially in SharePoint).
Schedule meetings, manage action items, and follow-up on action items as needed.
Manage existing content, and create / post new content for the Operations team on our intranet, Cornerstone (i.e., for policies, SOP’s, events, etc.)
Assist with performing data analysis via MS Excel and other software (e.g. office space utilization).
With regards to pipeline data related to real estate deals, assist with data cleanup, data entry, and analysis.
Support the development of processes and tools to drive efficiency and efficiency across teams.
Support ad hoc projects as needed.
Event Management
Manage the scheduling and planning of company-wide events for 550 corporate employees to support the development of our culture (e.g. holiday party, summer party, and office-based events).
Who We Want
A college degree is required.
Office environment experience is required.
Interest in data analysis and advancing the use of technology to drive efficiency. Experience is a plus.
Experience assisting with projects across teams within an organization is a plus.
Software experience with MS Office Suite (aside from standard Word, Excel, etc. we use Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams especially), Zoom, DocuSign, etc. and a desire to learn new software and engage with AI.
Proactively manages multiple deadlines simultaneously.
