We are seeking an energetic, detail oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM. The primary responsibilities include:
Entering Orders and creating invoices
Receive and screen telephone and email inquiries
Research payment and collection issues with suppliers and customers
Reconcile driver’s end of day
Verify payment on deliveries
Verify State beer and wine licenses
Administrative support for management
Other related tasks as required
Skills & Requirements:
High School education required
College education beneficial
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
Excellent organization skills with attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills required
Strong computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
