Harmony Communities operates and manages its own portfolio of 35 manufactured housing communities and 10,000 residents throughout California and Oregon. While we employ a large number of people, our home office is a close knit team of 10, giving us a small office vibe. We work hard but we enjoy what we are doing. This isn’t the kind of office where you clock in and out. You are given the autonomy to manage your work flow within the constructs of our management guidelines and attempted best practices.
Community First is looking for a highly motivated individual with A/P and invoicing knowledge. The CPC must fulfill various duties and responsibilities. In this position they should be able to work closely with the construction project manager and senior CPC to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets, timeframes for projects, billing, timecard collection, and coordination with HR for timecard processing.
Responsibilities:
· Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
· Contacting vendors/sub-contractors to acquire bids for projects
· Coordinate, price, and produce purchase orders and releases
· Complete and submit all permits to HCD
· Maintain and prepare all correspondence (written and electronic) and project documentation
· Act on tasks from internal team to assist with schedule management
· Make sure management needs are met as projects evolve
· Ordering of washer/dryer units as park needs
· Schedule washer/dryer repairs as needed
· Manage order and installation of PayRange for washer/dryer setups
· Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
· Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all departments
· Submit warranty request for mobile home manufacturer builder
· Manage all aspects of utility meter ordering and change out requests
· Assist in Insurance company and Lender requirement request
· Answer phones when necessary
· Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. subcontracts and change orders)
· Ensure standards and requirements are met
· Responsibilities subject to change based on management needs
Qualifications:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
· Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
· Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, more specifically SharePoint and PowerPoint
· Speed and accuracy in work and can maintain focus
· Takes initiative, displays a strong work ethic, and maintains a positive attitude.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data
· Outstanding math and research skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
· Proficiency with 10-key typing and data entry
· Deadline-driven with excellent time management ability
· Bilingual skills a plus

Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour
