At Western States Lodging & Management, we proudly offer our Hospitality Administrative Assistant role a competitive pay rate of $22 to $25 per hour based on experience.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As our Hospitality Administrative Assistant, you answer a flurry of phone calls, managing questions and concerns with warmth and professionalism while efficiently setting up and confirming appointments and meetings. You prepare agendas and take precise minutes, identifying crucial action items for follow-up. Behind the scenes, you expertly organize reports, from Quality Assurance documents to financial summaries, and you handle renewals for licenses and track deadlines for property transactions. As a vital resource for the Hospitality Business Line, you run reports in ProfitSword and ensure leadership is updated with weekly financial information. Whether coordinating travel, welcoming visitors, or collaborating on special projects, your commitment to excellence and confidentiality shines through, making each day both dynamic and rewarding.
WHAT’S REQUIRED?
Associate or bachelor’s degree
Experience in the hotel industry and a support or administrative role
Experience with hospitality software is preferred (e.g., ProfitSword, TimeStar)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a personal touch and “mind the store” mentality
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Knowledge of general office practices, procedures, software, and equipment, with the ability to learn new computer programs
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, and the public
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time
