Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Sales Assistant to support our team by providing administrative assistance, supporting client relationships, and contributing to our overall business success. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
Assist representatives and channel partners with contract facilitation, order processing, title quotes, production, status management, invoice reconciliation, and product training and financing.
Respond to inquiries regarding the organization’s products and services, potentially assisting in customer service functions.
Track transactions, order statuses, quotes, and support client relationship management.
Qualifications
Customer service-oriented with a passion for exceeding expectations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Professional demeanor with a positive service attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent.
2-4 years of experience in the Real Estate/Title industry.
Compensation
Pay Range: $19.65 – $34.19 per hour. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and location.
