CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Role Purpose

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Sales Operations Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of all post-order activities. This role acts as a bridge between Business Development (BD), Legal, Accounts, and Operations teams, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and compliance for successful project closures. The role focuses on post-sales coordination, order management, contract management, client onboarding, KYC verification, MIS/reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder management using sales and operations tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain and update project activities on Artha Central and related CRM/ERP platforms (e.g., Artha Central, Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP/Oracle) to ensure accurate status tracking and MIS readiness.
  • Prepare and upload proposals, EPC, O&M, and Admin Purchase Orders; manage version control and document storage on SharePoint/Google Drive.
  • Collect and verify client KYC documents post project win; ensure compliance with internal KYC and data protection standards.
  • Ensure execution of agreements (NDA, EPC, O&M, PPA, Vendor Registration) using e-signature platforms (DocuSign/Adobe Sign) where applicable, and maintain a contract registry.
  • Ensure proper onboarding of clients on Artha Central platform and other client portals; coordinate access, documentation, and initial setup.
  • Coordination & Execution
  • Follow up with the Design team for final drawings and approvals; track approvals and update project trackers in collaboration tools (Teams/Slack, JIRA/Asana).
  • Schedule internal and client kickoff meetings and manage meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups in shared collaboration platforms.
  • Coordinate with BD, Legal, and Operations teams for agreements and approvals, ensuring timely completion of all required documentation.
  • Liaise with Accounts team for Proforma Invoice (PI) generation and sharing with clients; manage invoicing workflows in ERP/finance systems.
  • Review client Purchase Orders for alignment with proposals and ensure discrepancies are resolved prior to execution.
  • Ensure complete handover of project details to the execution team with all documentation, drawings, and commercial inputs to enable smooth project start.

Basic experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is a plus.

Knowledge

  • Sales processes and workflows; CRM/ERP workflows and integrations
  • Basic understanding of legal/commercial agreements (NDA, EPC, O&M, PPA) and contract lifecycle management; familiarity with KYC and data protection requirements
  • Industry and product awareness (experience in renewable energy/solar is a plus)
