This role requires a proactive professional who can provide administrative support in a fast-paced finance environment. This position will be located in Scottsdale, AZ and will be an in-office role with the ability to work from home up to 2 days a week, following a training period.

Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Support Finance department’s administrative tasks such as calendaring, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings while ensuring timely follow-ups.
Finance-Related Assistance: Support budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Document & Data Management: Assist with financial document preparation, invoice processing, and reconciliation of expenses.
Communication: Act as a liaison between the VP of Finance and internal/external stakeholders, handling sensitive information with discretion.
Administrative Support: Maintain records, organize files, and coordinate office logistics to streamline daily operations.
Project Assistance: Lead finance-related projects and initiatives to support business objectives.
Qualifications Include:
Experience: 3-5 years in an Executive Assistant, Finance Assistant, or Administrative Assistant support role required.
Financial Acumen: Proficient understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and expense tracking strongly preferred.
Tech Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft platforms such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
High Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and high level of professionalism.
Problem-Solver: Adaptable, solution-focused, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in finance, business administration, or a related field.
