We are looking for an organized, able to multi-task receptionist/administrative assistant with excellent customer service skills.
This is a part time position: Monday through Wednesday 9am-4pm + occasional week-ends as needed.
Your role will be to :
– Greet our clients, check them in
– Manage online bookings
-Sell additional products
-Answer questions
-Promote our different products to walk-ins
-Answer the phone/Rebook clients if needed
-Light administrative and cleaning tasks
REQUIREMENTS
Available Monday to Wednesday- 9am-4pm and weekends as needed.
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to multi-tasks
Software Requirements: Excel, Word, Canva, Photoshop…
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated without close supervision.
Ability to speak a foreign language is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
