Hours:
42.5hours per week, Monday – Friday 7.30am – 5pm or 7am-4.30pm

We are looking for a Stock Controller to be a key member of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring efficient
stock management
. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
* Oversee stock control, including receipt, storage, distribution, and sales.
* Maintain optimal stock levels to meet current needs without excess or loss.
* Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
* Ensure stock records align with physical inventory.
* Run stock enquiry reports and take necessary actions.
* Prevent stock loss by adhering to company policies and procedures, maintain a minimum requirement of 90% accuracy.
* Respond swiftly to problems and discrepancies.
* Monitor inventory levels and process adjustments.
* Ensure stock records are correct and match the physical holding on site.
* Respond quickly to problems and discrepancies identified.
* Collect and compile daily damage reports.
* Manage the return process to minimise impact on current stock.
* Reconcile actual counts with system records.
* Respond to product and inventory inquiries.
* Be available for stock control functions and end-of-year inventory
