Job Description
As a Showroom Administrator with e&s, you’ll be the welcoming face of our Blackburn showroom, supporting customers and the team through a mix of customer service and administration. Every day will bring something different, from greeting customers to managing vital behind-the-scenes processes that keep our showroom running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone
- Processing payments, banking, reconciliations, and data entry
- Coordinating deliveries and providing after-sales support
- Assisting the team with general showroom administration
- Helping create a seamless and professional customer experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or administration (retail, hospitality, travel, contact centre, or sales experience welcomed)
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- Comfortable with basic computer skills and eager to learn
