We are currently looking for a motivated and organized Stores Administrative Clerk to
join our team
. In this role, you will play a key role in maintaining and organizing our company’s inventory, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products and supplies, and providing administrative support to our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a

Key Responsibilities:
– Organize and maintain inventory levels of company products and supplies
– Track and coordinate deliveries and shipments to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of orders
– Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions
– Assist with order processing and invoicing
– Monitor and report on inventory levels, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies
– Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
– Collaborate with other departments to identify inventory needs and ensure timely fulfillment of orders
– Keep the store and storage area clean, organized, and stocked
– Adhere to all safety procedures and policies when handling inventory
– Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
– Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a
fast-paced environment
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
– Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds

and strong
problem-solving skills
– Knowledge of
inventory management
systems is an asset
