As a Student Co-op trainee, you will work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into project management, engineering practices, and company operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist project teams with daily tasks and project-related activities
- Support various departments by conducting research, collecting data, and preparing reports
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance technical and professional skills
- Collaborate with team members on assigned projects under supervision
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve work processes and outputs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Requirements
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program related to Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, IT, Accounting or other relevant fields
- Must be in the final stages of graduation
- Students should have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50 out of 4 or 3.75 out of 5
- Strong interest in gaining practical experience in the industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative in assigned tasks
- Commitment to professionalism and safety in the workplace
