Our family-owned jewelry e-commerce workshop is looking for a new family member for a part-time position. The ideal candidate will be doing the operations and export management, preparing and monitoring export procedures. The candidate will be managing various day-to-day office administrative tasks, and they will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
Our offices are located in central Tel-Aviv, a fun and joyful environment with an ocean view.
The position is for a part-time, shift-based position, Sunday-Thursday.
Responsibilities
- Preparing parcels for international export.
- Being the liaison between all operational parties.
- Orders verification and clarification.
- Orders prioritizing and overseeing.
- Manage and oversee import and export processes with various shipping providers.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
- Google Sheets + Microsoft Excel skills
- Great teamwork skills, ability to adapt and organize quickly.
- High-level English
- 2-3 working days a week
