Job Summary
We seek an individual to join our Financial Aid team as a Student Personnel Technician, providing information, evaluation, and support to students regarding financial aid. The role involves assisting with federal, state, and private aid programs, maintaining knowledge of relevant legislation and policies, and performing various administrative tasks.
Essential Qualifications
Two years of responsible clerical experience in a college or university Financial Aid office.
Knowledge of financial aid policies and procedures.
Ability to analyze data, advise students, and maintain records.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to perform arithmetic computations.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of People Soft software.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
