Haptic Architects seeks Studio Admin Assistant for our London Studio

We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic and organised STUDIO ADMIN ASSISTANT to join our London studio and to support the administrative needs of the Haptic team. The role is full time and studio based.

Duties will focus on activities related to studio coordination, the organising of events and meetings, as well as some marketing and finance activities.

We wish for all interested to get in touch, but in particular we are looking candidates with demonstrable skills and experience including:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in a creative environment is preferred;
  • Proactive, can-do and collaborative attitude;
  • Good listening and communication skills;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Ability to use own initiative but also know when matters need to be referred to senior colleagues;
  • Organized approach and excellent time management skills;
  • Computer literacy in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel;
  • InDesign / Photoshop experience is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of Open Asset is a benefit;
  • Knowledge of WordPress is a benefit;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential and fluency in a Scandinavian language, particularly Norwegian, is a benefit.
