Inrestudio is hiring a 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 based in Ho Chi Minh City.
We are a small architecture studio in Binh Thanh District, led by a Japanese architect.
Our team is tight-knit, our projects are thoughtful, and we are still building the systems and culture that will carry the studio forward.
This role is for someone who wants to be more than a support function. You will own how the studio operates — and how it communicates with the world.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:
— Operations: admin systems, finance, project tracking, vendor management.
— Brand & Media: social media, website content, visual materials, client communications.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
— Proficient in English (spoken and written)
— 2+ years in administration or coordination
— Logical, structured, self-directed
— Creative instinct for visual communication
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿:
— 17–22M VND / month gross
— Mon–Fri, Binh Thanh District
— Annual salary review
— A role with real scope and direct access to the director
