Job Responsibilities
Handle document submission and processing for UAE Embassy applications
Review and verify applicant documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
Provide clear guidance to applicants regarding requirements and procedures
Coordinate with internal teams and embassy representatives
Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with company and embassy standards
Requirements
Local candidates only
Arabic language proficiency preferred (spoken and written)
Good communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in visa processing or customer service is an advantage
