Our newest therapeutic massage studio in Union Village, Henderson currently has an opening for our front desk position (also known as Wellness Membership Advisor, which is a sales & customer service role). We can accommodate either part-time or full-time, with weekend availability a must. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Handling transactions, email and phone communications accurately.
Greeting clients and assisting during the checkout process.
Using discovery questions when booking/scheduling appointments and making recommendations.
Light cleaning/studio maintenance tasks.
Creating rapport and providing excellent customer care.
Consistently and effectively endorsing/sharing information on our membership program.
Qualifications:
Here’s what we are looking for:
Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.
The right candidate can turn any unsatisfactory client feedback/experience into a story of great customer service.
Friendly, able to establish great rapport with clients, gets along well with colleagues, takes initiative, dependable and has great communication skills.
