Job description

Answers incoming telephone calls from manufacturer’s, dealerships, and consumers and responds in a courteous and professional manner
Generates records of all phone calls
Maintains and assigns incoming email correspondence to appropriate personnel.
Participate in training as prescribed by management
Acknowledge all guidelines and policies as described in company policy handbook and service manual
Data entry and other administrative duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour
