About the Role:

We're seeking a detail-driven Administrator with strong SAP experience to support purchasing, inventory, and reporting functions within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is role offers flexible hours, with an immediate start.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Raising and processing purchase orders using SAP
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock control
  • Generating reports using SAP, Excel, and Word
  • Document and data management in digital and paper form
  • Supporting general office administration: scanning, meeting minutes, sourcing quotes, and inductions
  • Juggling competing deadlines with accuracy and efficiency

About You:

You're an experienced Administrator who thrives in fast-paced, process-driven environments. You're confident using SAP and Excel, love ticking off tasks, and bring a calm, focused energy to your day.

  • ERP Systems Expertise: You have hands-on experience with SAP – essential for this role
  • Administrative Skills: You're highly organised, accurate, and responsive under pressure
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Communication: Clear and professional, both written and verbal
  • Time Management: Able to multitask and meet deadlines with ease
  • Team Player: Willing to support others and contribute to a positive culture
