About the Role:
We're seeking a detail-driven Administrator with strong SAP experience to support purchasing, inventory, and reporting functions within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is role offers flexible hours, with an immediate start.
Key responsibilities include:
- Raising and processing purchase orders using SAP
- Assisting with inventory management and stock control
- Generating reports using SAP, Excel, and Word
- Document and data management in digital and paper form
- Supporting general office administration: scanning, meeting minutes, sourcing quotes, and inductions
- Juggling competing deadlines with accuracy and efficiency
About You:
You're an experienced Administrator who thrives in fast-paced, process-driven environments. You're confident using SAP and Excel, love ticking off tasks, and bring a calm, focused energy to your day.
- ERP Systems Expertise: You have hands-on experience with SAP – essential for this role
- Administrative Skills: You're highly organised, accurate, and responsive under pressure
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Communication: Clear and professional, both written and verbal
- Time Management: Able to multitask and meet deadlines with ease
