Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Innovation Centre's facilities, including scheduling meeting rooms, ensuring cleanliness, and coordinating equipment maintenance.
  • Process and track purchase requisitions for laboratory supplies, equipment, and other necessary resources for R&D projects.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records, including project documentation, research data, and administrative files, both physical and digital.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, workshops, and events for Innovation Centre staff and visitors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to the Innovation Centre.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
  • Support the Innovation Centre team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient inventory of Innovation Centre assets and consumables.
  • Ensure compliance with company administrative policies and procedures within the Innovation Centre.

Job Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 1 years) in an administrative support role, preferably within a research & development or innovation-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience with inventory management systems or procurement processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with basic laboratory safety protocols is advantageous.
