What You Will Do

Cloud, Identity & Access Administration

  • Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Security & Compliance portals, Azure Portal, Google Cloud Console, and related cloud platforms.
  • Manage user onboarding, role changes, offboarding, provisioning, and deprovisioning across Microsoft 365, GitHub, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, Azure DevOps, and similar tools.
  • Manage Azure and GCP access, IAM roles, service accounts, API keys, subscriptions, resource groups, and basic governance.
  • Configure security policies, conditional access, authentication controls, RBAC, least privilege access, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain access records, perform regular access reviews, and remove inactive or unauthorized access on time.
  • Support Linux-based tool deployment, configuration, service management, log review, and troubleshooting.

License, Usage & Reporting Management

  • Manage licenses and usage across Microsoft 365, GitHub, Google Workspace, AI platforms, and other SaaS tools.
  • Administer AI platform access for Claude, Cursor, OpenRouter, OpenAI, Google AI Studio, and similar tools.
  • Maintain records for users, licenses, platform access, AI usage, subscriptions, and administrative activities. Track active, inactive, and unused licenses to optimize cost.
  • Generate reports for management, audits, cost reviews, license optimization, and access reviews.
  • Document processes, access workflows, known issues, and administrative procedures.

Support & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Provide L1 & L2 technical support to enterprise clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot access, identity, platform, licensing, cloud, and Linux deployment-related issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution of support requests while following security, operational processes and SLA.
  • Conduct monthly review meetings and provide operational updates, findings, and recommendations.

Automation & Scripting

  • Develop PowerShell scripts for user management, access provisioning, license assignment, reporting, and automation.
  • Automate administrative tasks across Microsoft 365, GitHub, Google Workspace, Azure, Azure DevOps, Linux, and other platforms.
  • Improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and consistency through automation.

Who You Are

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in IT administration, cloud administration, identity management, SaaS administration, and L2 technical support.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Security & Compliance portals, Azure, GCP, and SaaS platform administration.
  • Strong knowledge of identity and access management, including RBAC, MFA, conditional access, provisioning, offboarding, IAM, service accounts, and API key management.
  • Experience with Linux-based tool deployment, troubleshooting, PowerShell, and basic shell scripting for administration, reporting, and automation.
  • Ability to provide L1 & L2 support for access, authentication, licensing, cloud, platform, and Linux deployment-related topics.
  • Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage.
