Position: Support Staff for GHD Facilities
Location: southwestern ontario

Contribute to GHD’s facilities team in Waterloo, Ontario, as a Support Staff member on a temporary contract. This hybrid role offers a vibrant working environment and engaging responsibilities.
GHD seeks an enthusiastic Support Staff member for a 12-month temporary contract at our facilities in Waterloo. This role combines in-office work three days a week with the flexibility of working remotely. Your responsibilities include managing meeting spaces, liaising with vendors, and maintaining office supplies efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage catering setups and room preparations

• Monitor and inventory office supply levels

• Liaise with various vendors regularly

• Follow up on feedback forms and action items

• Clean kitchens, boardrooms, and meeting areas
Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• One year of cleaning and maintenance experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Reliable, motivated, and well-organized
