Hello! My name is Wesley – I am the CEO of Source. I’m looking for someone to take charge of our daily projects and work alongside me to ensure the phones are answered, clients are taken care of, and tickets get out the door.

We’ve built custom software for companies in all sorts of industries such as real estate, banking, e-learning, shipping and logistics, and even manufacturing. (No software experience is required! Although I promise you’ll learn a whole lot about this industry – Including mobile apps, portals, and how major websites work)
What I’m Looking For:
Overall I’m looking for an experienced individual who can help out with the details and organization of our day to day duties. If you have a strong organizational background (a.k.a. You keep one heck of a calendar and have excellent multitasking skills…), this is a great opportunity for you. You must have prior experience in project/office management – No specific degree/certificates are required.
Duties to Include:
Answering phones, setting events on calendars, reminding clients/devs of meeting times, ensuring office supplies are stocked…
More Specific Project Management duties include organizing tickets in our software, assisting when developers run low on tasks, ensuring tickets are always moving forward, and being able to handle questions from clientele on software. I’ll train you on all of our projects so you’ll be equipped to handle these conversations. It’s not as bad as you think – And it’s a great learning experience since we develop software for many business types!
Note:
Punctuality, courtesy, and professionalism are very important to me – You’ll be expected to be with myself and other directors at Source when we go to meet clients and for phone conferences.
I’d prefer this position to be in the office during lunch hour — Unfortunately, most of our clients call between 11 – 1 PM.
A Day on the Job:
Morning – Team Task Management : Everyday, during the training period, we will sit together and go over the tickets we get on a daily basis – And determine how to carve them up to the team while keeping an eye on other projects, timelines, and patch dates.
Periodic Phone Calls Through The Day: We usually get 5 – 10 phone calls per day, many of them junk.. I’ll need your help to answer these and successfully filter these messages. You’ll be our front line!
Setting up of Meetings/Calendars/Agendas: You’ll be instrumental in helping setting up meetings along with who needs to be in those meetings, ensure calendar invites are sent out, and working with me to set agendas for these meetings. We usually have around 5 meetings like this a week. Additionally, when we do have meetings, you’ll be expected to take copious notes and utilize our AI tools to ensure the meetings are being recorded and transcribed.
Handling Ticket Interjections/Client Communication: Everyday we get up to 10 tickets requesting new features or issues. You’ll assess, prioritize, delegate, communicate, and monitor. It’s a lot of details – However, I’ll be here to assist where/when I can.
End of Day Meeting: At the end of everyday, we sit with the programming team and go over what they worked on today – This will give you and I insight into what got done that day and how to update lists for the next day.
Starting Pay – Future Pay – Benefits:
I’m starting this position at $50k/year for a 3 month training period – With a minimum 10% increase once training is successfully done.
After training, there are many other advancement opportunities such as helping with quality control on tickets, preparing screens for clients… Your pay will absolutely be commensurate with how much you can handle independently and remove from my plate!
At the moment, we have a solid PTO structure with ample holidays through the year – Additionally, we have health benefits in the form of QSEHRA (meaning you have private insurance that Source reimburses you for up to a particular amount per month!).
The Interview Process:
We’ll start with a phone interview to determine the basics..
Then we’ll have you come to the office (dress is business casual) for an interview
Most likely, there will be a second interview. I’ve never gone to 3..
We’re looking to hire someone fairly quickly – I’ll be personally handling this! I routinely pause jobs where there is a large influx of candidates.. Want to be able to have ample time to inspect each candidate.
