The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks, along with a proven track record in administrative roles, showcasing strong organizational and filing skills.

Position Overview:
As a Sales and Administrative Assistant at Kisaan International, you will be an integral part of our mission to provide innovative solutions in the produce industry. This role requires a candidate with a keen eye for detail, administrative experience, and expertise in utilizing Excel and QuickBooks for efficient financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and organizing sales-related documentation, including contracts, orders, and client communications.
Utilize QuickBooks for precise invoicing, expense tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Handle general administrative tasks such as phone inquiries, email correspondence, and scheduling appointments.

Filing and Organization:

Establish and maintain an efficient filing system for physical and digital documents, ensuring accessibility and organization.
Implement filing procedures to enhance overall office efficiency and support seamless documentation management.

Customer Interaction:

Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving administrative issues promptly.
Communicate with clients regarding order status, invoicing, and other pertinent administrative matters.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in administrative roles, demonstrating strong organizational and filing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks is essential.
Experience in maintaining organized office systems and efficient document management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with general office equipment and basic office software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual in at least English and Spanish
