Survey Enumerator Executive
The Role:
Based in Port Moresby, the Survey Enumerator Executive will report to the Outbound Projects Lead and will be responsible for conducting campaign surveys for external clients in partnership with Digicel PNG Ltd. The incumbent will actively undertake additional outbound and inbound activities as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate/Verify survey participants.
- Conduct surveys on a full-time basis.
- Provide reporting on call progress and client/respondent feedback.
- Assist team leader in resolving survey related queries.
- Provide general support in ad-hoc activities as required for the business.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
