Key Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to Direct & Indirect Sales Manager, responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Own DMS (Distributor Management System) contract.
- DMS process: Develop & provide training to BCs & distributors on DMS process.
- Coordinate with HQ Soft to arrange training to new distributors (if any)
- Provide training to new distributor admin (at need)
- Work with related stakeholders & vendors for enhancement/improvement
- Develop power BI reports to support sales for understanding & monitoring sell out, network development, distributor inventory, DSP performance, etc.
- Pull data from DMS to update DMS power BI reports.
- Consolidate & check stock count check done by distributors.
- Review inventory adjustment done by distributors.
- Consolidate & check sample distributor stock count check done by BCs.
- Review DMS data to identify abnormal i.e. new outlets; order with very small quantity etc.
- Audit distributors on DMS.
- Other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience working with systems, DMS is preferred.
- Ability to develop reports using Power BI is preferred.
- Strong logical thinking skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and careful.
- Good English proficiency.
