Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage the SAP implementation program, ensuring smooth integration and continuous improvement.
- Maintain the highest standards of data accuracy and compliance across all systems.
- Analyze SAP cost data to provide actionable insights and financial clarity.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of procurement catalogs, including their creation, technical validation, implementation, and support.
- Support the procurement team with e-procurement tools to boost overall operational efficiency.
- Act as a key bridge between the Regional Procurement team and the Global SAP Support team.
- Partner with the Accounting team to streamline current workflows, monitor Purchase Order compliance, and support SAP integration.
Requirements:
- University degree (Finance, Economics, IT, or related fields preferred).
- 1+ years of proven experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and comfort working with SAP systems.
- Fluency in both English and Russian (written and spoken) for cross-regional collaboration.
- Strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
