About Position:
This role is for a System Admin – Cloud Operations based in Pune, focusing on Linux and AWS production environments. The position requires 5–8 years of experience in Linux system administration, with strong expertise in troubleshooting performance issues related to CPU, memory, disk, and networking. The candidate will handle real-time production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure system stability. Additionally, the role involves managing AWS services like EC2, EBS, VPC, and CloudWatch, along with datacenter and virtualization support. Scripting in Bash or Python is expected for automation, log analysis, and improving operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:
- Provide advanced Linux troubleshooting (CPU, memory, disk, network, boot issues) in production environments
- Handle real-time production incidents, resolve issues, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA)
- Troubleshoot and manage AWS services (EC2, EBS, VPC, CloudWatch, IAM)
- Analyze logs and system metrics using tools like top, vmstat, iostat, journalctl
- Support datacenter and infrastructure operations (hardware, VMware, patching, recovery)
- Develop automation scripts (Bash/Python) and create runbooks for recurring issues
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong Linux expertise in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system internals
- Hands-on experience in AWS cloud operations (EC2, EBS, VPC, CloudWatch, IAM)
- Deep knowledge of production support & incident management with RCA ownership
- Expertise log analysis & debugging using tools like journalctl, top, vmstat, iostat
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and OS-level troubleshooting
- Proficiency in automation scripting (Bash/Python) for operational efficiency
