We are looking for a Sys Admin Windows to join one of our biggest clients, a leading global financial markets infrastructure group, supporting multi‑asset trading environments and high-performance electronic FX platforms.

Location: Lisbon (hybrid)
What you will do:
• Oversee global trading infrastructure to ensure high reliability and performance
• Provide infrastructure expertise to software development teams
• Collaborate with corporate infrastructure teams to address business needs while ensuring compliance with internal policies
• Automate repetitive infrastructure tasks in a distributed environment
• Research emerging technologies and contribute to building the technology roadmap
What you are like:
• Hands-on experience in Windows system administration
• Proven experience supporting mission‑critical production environments
• Strong knowledge of virtualization and container technologies
• Experience with server hardware, data center build‑outs, or OS migrations
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc.)
• Familiarity with provisioning tools (Ansible, Puppet) is a plus
• Knowledge of Windows or NAS administration is a plus
• Strong desire to learn and adopt new technologies
