Job Summary:
We are looking for a candidate with strong technical expertise in server administration and networking. The ideal candidate should have experience with APIs, system integrations, and application support, including involvement in SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain servers and network infrastructure
- Provide application functional support and troubleshoot technical issues
- Monitor system performance and resolve incidents
- Support and manage APIs and system integrations
- Participate in SIT and UAT activities, including defect tracking and resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth system operations
Requirements:
- Experience in server administration and networking
- Knowledge of APIs and system integration concepts
- Hands-on experience in application support and troubleshooting
- Exposure to SIT and UAT processes
- Knowledge of application development programming languages and components (e.g., Java, HTML, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred:
- Java experience will be an added advantage
- Candidates from finance, banking, or insurance domain
